Return & Exchange Policy


*Only unworn, unwashed  and unused items are eligible for a in store credit or exchange.
*There is no return on sale items.
(They are final sale)
*All items must be free of any wear & tear including perfumes/odors & makeup and will be inspected upon receiving.
*Return or exchange shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
*If you wish to return something you must email us at pinkposieboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.  
*We will email you back with questions about your item and will provide you with a mailing address to send your return to if you are eligible for one.
*You must send the item back within 14 days of receiving the item.
*Once we receive your item it will be processed/inspected within 5-7 business days. We will email you to let you know if your item is deemed returnable upon inspection.

*If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure the correct item/size is still in stock. If we are sold out you will be eligible for in store credit. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

*All items are carefully inspected before being sent out. If your item is damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please attach a photo of your damaged good in the email.
